While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, you can request a preferred time slot (morning, afternoon, or evening) during checkout. For express delivery, we offer more specific time windows. For time-sensitive deliveries, please contact our customer service team.

Our delivery driver will attempt to contact you by phone. If unavailable, we can leave the package with a neighbor (with your permission), at a safe location you specify, or arrange redelivery for the next business day at no extra charge.

Yes! We deliver Monday through Saturday as standard. Sunday and holiday deliveries are available for express orders with an additional fee of €5. Please note that some public holidays may have limited availability.
